Can l use CarPlay/Android Auto and the dash cam at the same time?
Yes, they can work together, but CarPlay/Android Auto and the camera can't connect to your phone at the same time. it's best to prioritize CarPlay or Android Auto while driving, as the camera will record without a constant WiFi connection.

What should l do if l forget the password?
The default password is 12345678. If you encounter an error, reset the password by holding the power button for 6-8 seconds until you hear "factory default success." The camera will reset, reconnect to WiFi, and use the default password: 12345678.

Can l monitor my car remotely?
This dash cam does not support cloud or internet streaming and is not designed as a cloud or IP camera. However, if you're within 10 feet of the dash cam, you can view live footage and recordings through the Peztio app while the camera is recording.
